  I stopped by this Chase on a drive between Vacaville and Davis because it is very conveniently located just off the 80 in the same shopping center as a grocery store and shopping/postal services store. Parking was easy and available. The bank teller was courteous and helpful. There was about a fifteen minute wait for a personal banker (I needed a stop payment on a check), but during my wait I was comfortable and the staff members expressed gratitude for my patience whenever they passed my way. I was also offered and given a complimentary envelope and a printed record of my transaction. It was a nice stop for banking.

  So they made a mistake on their end and charged me an extra 70++$ about a year or more ago. I've been waiting to this day for them to give me back my money. Every dollar counts. Plus what do they get paid to do? Steal from their clients? Because I'm well aware who I spoke to and I can still point out exactly who gave me absolutely no help and a terrible attitude along with hanging up multiple times just to avoid listening to my complaint and finding a solution to my problem. Old lady has the mouth of a teenager. To this day Chase bank has not returned my money nor made any attempt to Apologize to me for THEIR mistake. I even had a Levi Representative who is above the Chase payroll to inform them to Refund ALL my money due to mistakes make on THEIR end. So far NOTHING has been done. My thing is I'm not the only they screwed over for no reason. I'm just bold enough to speak up and continue speaking up until what's right is done.
